The day of the dinner can be pre-arranged according to your vacation itinerary.  Wine tasting at the nearby L’Oliviera winery is also offered inclusively*.

We stayed here during the June 2019 Palio and it was amazing. My wife and I have two Children (12 and 8) and this house was more than perfect if that’s possible. Andrea and his wife cooked an amazing dinner for us our first night. They are incredibly nice and educated my kids on Tuscan cooking a bit. Having a pool was huge - we stayed home for half of the time. We didn’t need a car bc we had transportation included with our Palio tour but if we come again we would definitely get one. Perfect location that is 15 min from Siena and 5 from Vagliagli but feels more remote while there. I did a couple of long runs in the surrounding area and it only makes one want to see more. The Arceno Rentals representative Gaia was amazing. She anticipated all of our needs + answered all of our dumb questions. I usually like to add something to be critical but I don’t have anything. Perfect stay. Thank you! Mark

Pool, views and a cosy home

Staying at Andrea’s Villa was a bit of a bet for us, we know the area very well as we travel every year to the Siena area. Art, culture but mainly good food and wine attracts our group of friends. We were three couples starting our “gourmet” tour and we found this new property, the offer was excellent and we chose it as a dinner cooked by Andrea (a renowned local chef) was included, we decided to give it a try for the first part of our holiday. What a pleasant surprise, the house is great, clean and well appointed and equipped, really a Tuscan house. Andrea cooked a fantastic meal and and the teram of Arceno Rentals have been so supportive with their suggestions where to go and what to do. We know the area very well and Gaia, the concierge manager, managed to surprise us with new ideas of where to go and what to do that only a real local can propose. I can but praise the house, the hosts and the location. Surely a good start for visiting the area and staying with family and friends in a comfortable cosy house.

The Tuscan Villa

Three couples stayed for four nights at Andreas Villa. The villa was very charming along with our greeter Gaia who was most helpful in arranging transportation as we rented a Mercedes van each day for travelling the area. The villa was very cozy and well stocked with an initial order of groceries and drinks, especially great wines available to your hearts content, all included in the rental price. Our most memorable time was having Andreas and his wife prepare from scratch in the villas kitchen the most beautiful meal with wine pairing. Many of the fresh vegetables were picked just beforehand from the garden at the villa. Andreas and his wife were wonderful hosts and one could not have asked for more. There is a large pool and deck where each night we watched the Tuscan sun slowly sink from sight overtop the hillsides. The entire area was all you imagined what Tuscany was to be. A fantastic time. I would recommend that you have your own rental car or use Gaia for concierge/taxi services as you are in a countryside location with Siena being twenty minutes away. Wish we could have stayed longer. Tim

Lovely house, fantastic views, great pool. Perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s House. The house is great – in a rural location without feeling too remote – with splendid views across the surrounding countryside. The large private pool was lovely and kept extremely clean by Andrea. He also came to our aid within minutes when the electricity went off. The experience was made even more special by the warm welcome, basket of provisions and a copious supply of free wine. The house itself is well placed for exploring the area. Siena is about a 20 minute drive and sites of interest such as Sam Gimignano, Volterra, Radda and Volpaia are easily accessible. Florence is also do-able as a day trip. We thoroughly recommend Andrea’s Villa and would happily stay again.

Shearer (Andrea's Villa)
Frequent visitor to Tuscany

A "picture window" in the kitchen frames an unobstructed view of the olive groves and vineyards behind the home. What a delight to cook and dine in this Tuscan home set on the edge of a winery. After private cooking lessons from acclaimed Chef Andrea, you can take the taste of Tuscany back home with you. Nearby Siena is steeped in a fascinating history of tradition and culture. There is time to stroll the quaint villages, or just relax by the pool and soak in the view. After dinner, mosey over to the winery for a glass of wine to toast the sunset. We encourage you to book this place to call home for your vacation. ~ Ginger and Scott

A Culinary Delight in a Tuscan Farm House

A beautiful farm house in the heart of the Chianti region of Tuscany. The house sits right at the end of a family vineyard. The sunsets are spectacular. Cooking lessons with Chef Andrea were a highlight as he really takes pride in the food of the region and local producers from the area. Many small hill town villages nearby to visit. Highly recommend.
